The contrast was increased and the slight sepia tone added. I lightened her eyes with the dodge tool at 7% on midtones.

in real life this child would really scare me
but in the picture, she seems more cute and fragile
its like,you know how alot of teenages get depressed and become 'goths' and stuff, well this is just like a mini version, as if looking into the future, and the age of this begining gets smaller and smaller until the day when very little children such as Rhianna feel the need to turn that way
