As most of you know, I have been excited about my third pregnancy. But I have suffered a miscarriage, and my baby has flown on to heaven without ever meeting us. My heart aches, and I dont think I ever stop asking why this has happened to us. The hardest thing was having to explain to my four year old son, why he wasn't going to have a new baby brother or sister. When he started crying, everything came undone.

This image is one I shot in the baby cemetery just a couple of months ago. It is all I can show to represent the despair and loss I feel at present. This will probably be my last image for awhile, while I deal with my pain.

I'm so sorry Kittynn...I just don't know what to say.
I know how excited and happy you were, I could just tell, and I was so happy for you.
This is such an emotional and heartfelt picture...
It's so sad, really.

Your tragedy and picture with it has moved me to tears. I do not even know you and yet I feel for you so deeply. I pray within my heart of hearts that you will never have to suffer this again. Know that as one of the most well loved and respected artists in the community, you are in the thoughts and hearts of many. This piece is so beautiful in the saddest of ways. Sorry if I'm bothering you too much. Just wanted to be open with you about what is on my mind as I look at this.
